Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of Section 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive who take out a paid Voovena subscription; pursuant to section 7 of the GTC it forms part of the contract. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers acting in the course of their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (time of order confirmation).

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Linqbiz GmbH, Ried 1a, 6130 Schwaz, Austria, email: office@voovena.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment (PayPal) that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. Withdrawal also ends the subscription; no further payments will be collected.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you notified us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service provided for in the contract.

Special notice - early expiry in case of immediate access

If, during checkout, you expressly requested that access be provided before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you were aware of the associated loss of the right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires once we have performed the service in full. Until then it remains in place; if you withdraw after performance has begun, the proportionate payment obligation applies (see "Consequences of withdrawal"). Without this express consent, access is not activated before the end of the withdrawal period.
